Due to the nature of our business and the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges or store credit may be necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following return policy to accommodate your needs:

Exchanges and Store Credit Only: We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 5 days from the date of shipment. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges or issue store credit.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, the tags have not been removed or modified, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Additionally, any accompanying documentation, such as certificates or appraisals, must be returned as well.

Communication: To initiate an exchange or store credit, please contact our customer service team within the designated 5-day timeframe. You can reach us via email or phone, providing your order details and reason for the exchange or store credit request. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the item does not meet our requirements.

Exchange Process: In the case of an exchange, we will work closely with you to find a suitable replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the chosen item has a higher value, the price difference will be the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit Process: For store credit, we will issue you a unique code that can be used towards a future purchase on our website. The store credit will be valid for a specified period of time, as indicated at the time of issuance.
